  • Customized, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
